The Association runs a series of lectures aimed at new or would-be beekeepers (but of interest to everybody) in early spring.

In season, volunteers work at the Crathes apiary on Sundays between 10:00 am and 12:00 am.  Please always contact Naomi Adams, the Crathes apiary manager, before visiting the apiary.

Introduction to Beekeeping Course 2019

Six Tuesday evenings between 19 February and 26 March 2019, and an apiary visit (weekend of 13/14 April, to be decided),

The lectures will be held at the MacRobert Building, Aberdeen University, commencing at 7.30 pm, and the apiary visit is at Crathes castle.
